Grape varieties 100 % Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
Winemaking Traditionally made in stainless steel vats of 30,000 kilograms capacity with a 100% de-stemmed grape. It is pumped over 3 times a day lasting 30 minutes each and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 °C to 30 °C during 20 days. Subsequently it is run-off and left for decanting until barrels are filled.
Barrel aging It ages 14 months in barrels and is racked every 3 months.
Bottling aging Wine ages in bottles a minimum period of 12 months before being launched on the market. They are kept lying down in metallic crates in an underground facility where temperature never exceeds 16 °C.
Barrel type 90% of American oak and 10% French oak
