D.O Dates: Specific 1.979 and
absolute 1.982.
Belonging provinces: Burgos, Segovia, Soria and Valladolid.
Soils: Tertiary era, brownish-grey limy colour, with
marl on the hills and clayey-gravely soils.
Climate: A continental climate having slight Atlantic
influences. Winters are quite cold and summers are dry
and hot. Thermal
oscillations between day and night are quite significant.
Grape Varieties: Tinto fino (Tempranillo), Cabernet Sauvignon,
Merlot and Malbec.
Elevation and Rainfall: 700-1,000 metres and 430-500
litres/ m2.

in the Ribera de Duero in 1988.
We own 200 hectares of vineyards
of Tinto Fino grape varietal. Our vineyards, planted on
alluvial soils,
are facing the
river’s sunny spot and protected by the river’s
basin.
Up-to-date facilities designed
to leading to tradition.
The cellar’s capacity is
up to1.2 million litres.
Its barrels depot includes 1,100
of American and French
oak barrels with a yearly 33% of stocks turnover.
