Belonging provinces: Valladolid, Burgos,
Soria, Segovia, Avila, Salamanca, Zamora and León.
Soils: There is an ample variety of soils affected by several
rivers that shape their structure.
Climate: A continental-like climate with prominent cold
winters and hot and short summers. .
Elevation and Rainfall: 500-850 metres and 350-450 litres/
m2.
Grape varieties: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot,
Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc. Señorío
de Balboa and Don Frutos
A winery established in 2000 under Vinos de la Tierra
of Castile y León appellation.
Its vineyard is planted to 80 hectares of Tempranillo
variety (Tinto Fino), Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Verdejo
and Sauvignon
Blanc.
It encloses up-to-date facilities designed to leading
to tradition.
Winery has a capacity of 2 million litres.
Its barrels depot includes 400 of American oak barrels
with a yearly 25% of a stocks turnover.
These wines offer an excellent quality-price relation. |
