Winemaking Grape is barrelled after being 100% de-stemmed by a cold process. After 12 hours the free-run wine is drawn off and the must is racked before fermentation process begins at 16 °C of temperature. Top-quality yeast is used. When fermentation process is over wine is finned and stabilized so the tartrates precipitate out before it is bottled.
Alcohol content 11,5 - 12,5 % Vol.
