Grape varieties 100% Tinta of Toro.
Winemaking Wine undergoes traditional maceration in stainless steel vats with 100% de-stemmed grape. Must is pumped over 3 or 4 times a day at a fermentation controlled temperature of 28-30 °C during 15-20 days. After a run-off, wine is left to settling before barrels are filled.
Barrel aging Between 12 and 20 months of barrel aging. Wine is racked every 3 or 6 months. .
Bottling aging A minimum of 12 months of bottle aging before bottles are marketed. They are kept on metallic scantling in isolated facilities where temperature never exceeds 18 °C.
Barrel type 90% of American oak and 10% French oak
Alcohol content 13,5% - 14% Vol.

Colour Intensed cherry-red.
Aroma Dominant fragance is that owed to its ageing in oak. Great bouquet, smoke, ash.
Mouth Well-balanced, round taste lingers at back of nose. Highly complex and elegant.
Serving temperature 18 °C.
Recommended for Meat dishes, roasts, game and cured cheeses.
