Grape varieties 100% Tinta of Toro.
Winemaking Traditional filling in stainless steel vats. It is pumped-over between 2 and 3 times a day during 10-15 days at a fermentation controlled temperature of 25-27 °C. Subsequently, wine is run-off and left to settling before barrels are filled.
Barrel aging 4 months in American oak barrel.
Bottling aging Wine ages in bottles 3 months before is launched on the market. They remain lying down in metallic crates in an underground facility where temperature never exceeds 16 °C.
Barrel type 100% American oak

Colour Ruby red colour with violet rims in thin layer.
Aroma Limpid and fresh where the typical fruit aromas of this variety are merging with aging hints of new wood.
Palate It offers a good backbone and is persistent displaying hints of barrel´s roasting and fruit in retronasal passage.
