Colour Clean and brilliant, intense, vivid, finely layered morello cherry red with bluish and purplissh hues.
Aroma Intense aromas reminiscent of green and ripe fruit of wild berries (mulberry, blackberry).
Mouth Highly structured, full-bodied and fruity, lingers at the back of the nose, leaving a pleasant tannic sensation.
Serving temperature 16 °C- 18 °C
Recommended for Meat dishes and roasts.

Muruve Oaky Red wine

Type of Wine: Tint Roble / Oaky Red wine

Grape varieties: 100% Tinta de Toro
Winemaking: Traditional filling in stainless steel vats. It is pumped-over between 2 and 3 times a day during 10-15 days at a fermentation controlled temperature of 25-27 °C. Subsequently, wine is run-off and left to settling before barrels are filled.
Barrel aging: 4 meses
Bottling aging: Wine ages in bottles 3 months before is launched on the market. They remain lying down in metallic crates in an underground facility where temperature never exceeds 16 °C.

Muruve Aged Red Wine

Winemaking: Fermentation is traditionally carried out in stainless steel vats with 100% de-stemmed grape. Three times a day must is pumped over at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C during 12-15 days. Subsequently, wine is run-off and left to settling before barrels are filled.
Barrel aging: De 8 a 12 meses con trasiegos cada 3 meses.
Bottling aging: Wine remains a minimum of 6 months aging in bottles before being marketed. They are kept lying down on metallic scantling in an isolated facility where temperature never exceeds 18 °C

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 to 30 °C during 20 days. After a run-off wine is left for decanting until barrels are filled.
Barrel aging: 14 meses con trasiegos cada 3 meses
Bottling aging: Bottles remain 8 months lying down in metallic crates in isolated facility at a maximum temperature of 16 °C before are labelled and launched on the market.

Aroma creamy oaky hints, fine woods and fruit background of blackberries and black fruits in general. It offers a great deal of harmony between wood and fruit, which develops into an elegant wine.
In the mouth it is fleshy, powerful and well structured enhancing the ripe fruit notes that are softened by its ageing time in fine oaky woods. It is warm and velvety.Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C
