Grape varieties: 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino)
Winemaking: Traditional filling into stainless steel vats. Must is pumped over 2 or 3 times a day during 10-12 days at a controlled fermentation temperature of 25-27 °C. Subsequently wine is run off, undergoes a malolactic fermentation, fined, stabilized and bottled.

Colour A clean, intensely vivid, violet-red wine, shades of lilac and blue being noticeable on the rim of the glass.

Mouth This is light, fleshy, velvety wine with a highly-balanced glyceric content. Smooth, elegant, long-lasting taste.
Serving temperature 16 °C
Recommended for Red meats and roasts.
