Grape varieties: 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino)
Winemaking: Traditional filling into stainless steel vats being pumped over 2 or 3 times a day during 10-15 days at a controlled fermentation temperature of 25-27 °C. Subsequently it is run-off and left to settling before barrels are filled.
Barrel aging: 4 meses en barrica de roble americano / 4 months in American oak barrel.
Bottling aging: A minimum of 3 months before is launched on the market. Bottles are lying down in metal crates in an underground facility where temperature never exceeds 16 °C.
Barrel type: 100% roble americano / american oak
Alcohol content: 13,5% - 14% Vol.

Aroma Clean nose, highly complex bouquet, with hints of balsam and vanilla.
Mouth A very well-made wine, smooth but with powerful flauvours, long full finish with atractive nuances of aged wine and fruit in the aftertaste. Powerful and elegant.
Serving temperature 18 °C
Recommended for Red meat and roasts.
