Grape varieties: 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino)
Winemaking: Traditionally made in stainless steel vats of 30,000 Liters capacity with a 100% de-stemmed grape. It is pumped over 3 times a day lasting 30 minutes each and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 °C to 30 °C during 20 days. Subsequently it is run-off and left for decanting until barrels are filled.
Barrel aging: 14 meses con trasiegos cada 3 meses
Bottling aging: Wine ages in bottles a minimum period of 12 months before being launched on the market. They are kept lying down in metallic crates in an underground facility where temperature never exceeds 16 °C.
Barrel type: 90% roble americano, 10% roble francés
Alcohol content: 13,5% Vol.
