Grape varieties: 80% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino), 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaking: Traditional filling in stainless steel vats. Must is pumped-over 3 times a day during 15-20 days and fermented at a controlled temperature of 26-28 °C. Subsequently, it is run-off and left to settling before barrels are filled.
Barrel aging: 4 meses en barrica de roble americano.
Bottling aging: The bottles remain lying in metal boxes for a minimum of 3 months in an underground installation. The temperature in this installation does not exceed 16 ° C. Minimum 3 months before its market.
