Type: Traditionally made in stainless steel vats of 30,000 Liters capacity with a 100% de-stemmed grape. It is pumped over 3 times a day lasting 30 minutes each and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 °C to 30 °C during 20 days. Subsequently it is run-off and left for decanting until barrels are filled.

Type: 8 meses en nave subterránea a temperatura no superior a 16 ºC en jaulones metálicos con las botellas tumbadas antes de su etiquetado y salida al mercado.Wine ages in bottles a minimum period of 12 months before being launched on the market. They are kept lying down in metallic crates in an underground facility where temperature never exceeds 16 °C.
